Position Overview:
The Architectural Project Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the architectural and interior design teams throughout all phases of a project.
Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform field measurements and verification of existing conditions.
- Utilize 3D scanning technology, including Matterport to develop and modify drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist project managers with construction administration activities, including reviewing and processing shop drawings and submittals.
- Incorporate consultant information into project documentation under the direction of project leadership.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural and interior design construction documents.
- Additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly develop proficiency in: Revit 2025, AutoCAD 2025, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field, or equal professional work experience.
- A minimum of 1 years of working experience in Architectural and/or Interior Design.
- Experience in document production, project coordination, consultant coordination and construction administration.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, drawings, and other materials.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Occasional travel may be required (approximately 5 to 10%)
