What are the responsibilities and job description for the Products Liability Associate position at JBA International?
Opening in for a litigation associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-7 years of products liability experience, including pharmaceutical and/or medical device litigation. Trial experience is preferred but not required, as candidates will have opportunities to participate in trials nationwide. Candidate must have strong writing skills and the ability to manage an active docket. Candidate can sit in its Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Baltimore or Miami offices.
