What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre Litigation Attorney Personal Injury position at JBA International?
LOCATION: West LA
PAY RANGE: $130K - $180K (based on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage a significant case load and a team of case managers and assistants.
- Work directly with our sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation and liens departments.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
SKILLS:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.
- Ability to type 60 wpm.
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
