Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients, guiding them through the legal process with professionalism and compassion. This role involves managing cases efficiently, communicating with clients and involved parties, coordinating litigation-related tasks, and providing comprehensive support from the beginning of a claim through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims and ensure cases progress timely through each stage of the legal process.
- Interview clients to collect detailed case information and evaluate claim validity.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in each case.
- Maintain accurate case records, deadlines, activities, and communications in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
- Communicate with clients by phone and in writing to provide case updates and obtain required documentation.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities efficiently across teams in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury law or civil litigation support; paralegal experience preferred.
