We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with an established candidate database and ready-to-use professional connections.
This is ideal for a recruiter who can hit the ground running and leverage an existing network to identify and deliver qualified candidates for our open positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates using your existing database and professional network.
- Screen and qualify candidates.
- Present qualified candidates for active client searches.
- Maintain candidate relationships and follow through to placement.
- Work independently while partnering with our recruiting team.
Requirements
- 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Existing candidate database and established professional connections required.
- Proven ability to identify and place qualified candidates.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
- Legal recruiting experience preferred.
Compensation
Commission-based; payment is made after successful placement of a candidate.
No hourly or salaried compensation. This is an independent contractor opportunity.
