Law firm serving public agency clients in the greater Los Angeles Area and Inland Empire seeks a full-time experienced transactional attorney with 7 or more years of relevant work experience in the areas of community development, Redevelopment Dissolution, affordable housing, and related financing. Experience in the areas of land use and zoning and the California Environmental Quality Act are strongly preferred.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work closely with public agency staff to review, edit and draft transactional documents, prepare analysis and strategies in connection with the same and interface with regulators, developers and elected officials. The successful candidate must also possess excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work both cooperatively and independently, as circumstances demand.
Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with level of experience and demonstrated accomplishments. The ideal candidate should be able to commute easily between the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire.
