What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employment Defense Attorney (No required Billable Hours) position at JBA International?
A rapidly growing employment defense firm in Woodland Hills, is looking to expand our team. We provide ourselves on high-quality legal representation that exceeds the expectations of the businesses and individuals we serve. We provide expert counsel designed to reduce legal claims, as well as aggressive litigation defense in state and federal courts. In addition, we have extensive experience in defending clients before state and federal administrative agencies.
We hold the work/life balance in high esteem. No billable hour requirement and we often frequent dodger games, Mastro dinners and wine-tasting as an office with families included.
You will provide:
A solid work ethic and superior research, writing, and analytical skills and at least one year of litigation experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, take pride and ownership in their work, and be team oriented.
Experience in employment law (PAGA, discrimination, FEHA, wage & hour etc.) is a PLUS

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Attorneys 1-4 years’ experience
