Our boutique firm located in Oakland, is expanding and in need of a coverage litigation attorney to work remotely. We offer expertise in a number of trial and appellate practice areas, including insurance coverage and litigation, toxic torts, construction defects, product liability, industrial accidents, trucking accidents, personal injury and aviation litigation. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver, provide qualitative creativity to make sure our clients get the best possible result. The ideal candidate will have the skill and resources to resolve disputes through skilled negotiation, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.

- Minimum of 2 years litigation experience
- Possess excellent writing and communication skills
- Be able to handle a case load from inception to conclusion
- Proficient in pre-lit, settlement duties
