What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Litigation Attorney for Employment Law Office position at JBA International?
A boutique, fast-paced, extremely busy law firm that specializes in employment law, is seeking an experienced attorney, local to the area, to support the senior attorneys at the firm. The ideal candidate will join a team in providing strategies and in some cases, defend, employers against employee complaints. We offer a very relaxed office atmosphere with a casual dress-code and a low billable hour requirement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Civil Litigation
- Employment law experience is a plus
- Must be proficient in Cloud as everything is paperless and have some Excel training
- Pro Law systems, class action and PAGA knowledge is a plus
- Experience in running and defending depositions
- Salary plus bonuses and raises
