Architectural Representative
Cape Cod & Islands Territory
JB Sash & Door is seeking an Architectural Representative to support and grow relationships across Cape Cod and the Islands, working closely with architects, builders, and design professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is focused on guiding partners through product selection, technical detailing, and ultimately helping bring their projects to life. We’re looking for someone who understands the building process, communicates well with design professionals, and can confidently represent both product and service at a high level.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and key project partners across the Cape & Islands
- Act as a trusted resource throughout the design and specification process
- Support projects from early concept through execution, including product selection and technical guidance
- Present product solutions, lead showroom visits, and coordinate project discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from specification to delivery
- Stay actively engaged in the local building and design community
- Drive project opportunities and support territory growth through relationship development and ongoing engagement
- Manage and maintain project activity within Salesforce CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Background in architecture, construction, or building science
- Experience working with architects, builders, or in a specification-driven role
- Strong understanding of window and door systems (or similar building products)
- Ability to read plans, think through details, and communicate clearly
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships

This role is focused on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, with regular travel throughout the region.
