We're looking for Budtenders who are curious, love connecting with people, and enjoy helping customers discover products they'll love. Whether someone is trying cannabis for the first time or has years of experience, they'll leave feeling informed, comfortable, and excited. You'll be a Jazz Cabbage ambassador and guide while promoting responsible cannabis consumption and customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Recommend cannabis products based on customer preferences and goals.
- Verify customer identification and complete all transactions in compliance with applicable state and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with merchandising and restocking.
- Keep the store clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current on product knowledge, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with team members and management in a collaborative manner.
- Perform other duties requested by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous retail or cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to learn cannabis products, regulations and compliance.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
