Summary/Objective
We are looking for a flexible, results-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
Essential Functions
- Construct, erect, install and repair wood, metal and concrete structures;
- Lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds and occasionally more.
- See well (either naturally or with correction).
- Coordinate the movements of eyes, hands and fingers.
- Use hands and arms fully to reach for, handle and manipulate objects.
- Climb and maintain body balance on ladders and scaffolding.
- Stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, crawl or work for long periods at heights required.
- Access multiple levels of height and depth.
- Access confined spaces
- Load, transport, unload and furnish experienced craft workers with materials, tools, equipment and supplies;
- Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above or below ground level;
- Assist in lifting, positioning and securing of materials and work pieces during installation;
- Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment as necessary;
- Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas;
- Restock supplies and materials as necessary;
- Study blueprints, sketches or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required; and
- Perform other routine duties such as rigging, metal studs, drywall, lathing, acoustical ceilings, foundation, rough framing, layout, roof framing, concrete forms, level and transit, basic cutting, welding, cabinet making, finish trim, door hanging and

- Member in good standing with the local Union;
- Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent experience;
- Ability to follow oral and written directions, plans and blueprints.
- Skill to meet the demands of the job;
- Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy;
- Compare and recognize differences in size, shape, and form of lines, figures and objects;
- Understand drawings and how they would look as solid objects;
- Ability to work out of town and varying hours as required, including: over-time, evenings or weekends;
