Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through attentive service.
- Gather necessary information to provide accurate policy quotes and explanations to give to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep client records up-to-date and accurate in our systems.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
