Role Description The Human Resources Development Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and implementing people development initiatives that support learning, growth, and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include assessing development needs, creating training and coaching programs, and supporting performance and career development for individuals and teams. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance HR practices, documenting development plans, and monitoring progress to ensure impactful outcomes. The specialist will also maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and use data and feedback to continuously improve HR development processes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Human Resource Development and People Development, with the ability to design and deliver effective growth-oriented programs.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle support.
  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, including coaching, performance support, and relationship-building across diverse individuals.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
  • Experience in remote work environments, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant education in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to use digital tools for virtual meetings, documentation, and learning delivery; familiarity with HR or learning management systems is beneficial.
