We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Sales Associate to join our guest services and gift shop team!

If you like talking with people, helping families have a great day, and working in a fun environment instead of sitting behind a desk all day, this could be a great fit.

You'll help guests purchase tickets, choose activities, check in for tours, and find souvenirs they'll actually want to take home. You'll also work with our team to keep the guest experience running smoothly from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

Your day will be a mix of guest service, sales, and helping out around the gift shop.

• Welcome guests and help them get their visit off to a great start.
• Sell tickets and help guests choose the right tours or activity packages.
• Answer questions about horseback riding, ziplining, ATV adventures, and exotic animal tours.
• Make and update reservations.
• Check guests in before their scheduled activities.
• Verify reservation information and required waivers.
• Process ticket, merchandise, gift card, and other payments.
• Use our reservation and point-of-sale systems.
• Help guests find souvenirs, apparel, snacks, and gifts.
• Keep merchandise displays neat, stocked, and inviting.
• Restock products and help with incoming shipments.
• Answer the phone and help with guest questions and reservations.
• Handle cash and assist with daily register balancing.
• Tell guests about special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Work with guides and other team members to keep things moving.
• Jump in wherever needed to help create a great guest experience.

Retail, hospitality, cashier, ticketing, or customer service experience is a plus — but it's not required. We'll train you!

A Typical Day

You might start your shift helping a family decide which adventure is right for them. Later, you'll check guests in for their tour, answer a few phone calls, ring up some souvenirs, and restock the gift shop.

It's active, social, and never quite the same day twice.
