QA/QC Manager – Electrical
About the Role
We are seeking a QA/QC Manager with commercial and industrial experience on the electrical side to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure quality, safety, and compliance across mission-critical projects, while driving excellence in electrical construction delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC processes for large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection protocols, and testing procedures
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and client-specific standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues proactively
- Conduct audits, review submittals, and manage documentation for electrical systems
- Mentor and train project teams on QA/QC best practices
- Partner with safety and operations leadership to maintain a zero-defect, zero-incident culture
Qualifications:
- 5 years of electrical construction experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and commissioning processes
- Proven track record managing QA/QC programs for large-scale electrical scopes
- Certifications such as PMP, STSC, OSHA 30 are a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
