What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoicing & Compliance Specialist position at Jayco Inc?
Purpose: This position exists to Invoice Orders and Maintain Compliance for the RV dealer network in a warehouse setting.
Essential Functions:
- Invoice Dropship Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and 3rd Party Freight Orders.
- Handle Freight Claims
- Compliance / Tariff Coding
- Data Entry
- Contributes to organizational effectiveness and productivity by acting and communicating in a manner such that good relationships are maintained with co-workers, management, customers and others.
- Assists other warehouse personnel, as time permits.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in Invoicing, Freight Claims, Tariff Coding, & Data Entry is preferred.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written processes and work instructions accurately.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with accurate information through verbal and written conversations.
- Must have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, as needed.
- Must display professionalism in all interactions and the ability to maintain a positive attitude through periods of adversity and disagreement.
- Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft AX RF smart is desired.
Work Requirements:
- Must be able to walk or stand while lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50#s repeatedly.
- This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
- Regular attendance is required.
