Job Summary:
Henges Insulation is seeking a full-time experienced Spray Foam Operator to install spray foam insulation in new construction and existing homes. Candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating spray foam equipment and working with thermal insulation products such as spray foam, fiberglass batts, cellulose, or BIB systems.
This is a full-time, year-round position. Applicants must have basic tools, a valid driver’s license, be drug-free, and able to successfully complete a background check. Prior experience working with a commercial contractor is preferred. Skilled insulators and weatherization professionals are ideal candidates.

Essential Functions:
Operate spray foam equipment and apply insulation materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Read blueprints and determine appropriate insulation based on project needs.
Prepare job sites by masking, prepping, and cleaning surfaces prior to application.
Measure, cut, and apply insulation using hand tools and spray equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain spray foam machinery, adjusting settings to ensure consistent product flow and quality.
Follow all safety standards and manufacturer installation procedures.
Remove old insulation safely when necessary.
Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment to job sites.
Operate midsize and large box trucks (14’–24’) in all traffic and weather conditions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating spray foam insulation equipment.
Strong knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and construction tools.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
Must have own basic tools.
Valid Driver’s License (Class E if in Missouri) with a clean driving record.
Experience with a commercial contractor preferred.
Bilingual a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and frequently handle materials between 25–50 lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
Must be able to stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and work in high or hot environments.
Comfortable working in conditions exceeding 120°F and handling insulation materials that may irritate skin or respiratory system.
