Claims Administrator
Cashman Claims LLC is seeking a full-time Claims Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
The Claims Administrator will process and file claims and support the Sales Team with recovering unclaimed monies for our clients. The right candidate will take initiative and be customer service oriented. Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality are a must!
General Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team with performing case processing functions on behalf of clients
- Support Sales Team with tracking current and potential clients
- Maintain client database/pipeline
- Liaise with insurance companies, law firms and clients
- Assist with identifying potential clients through research
- Assist with navigating websites to uncover and reclaim funds for clients
- Review and verify documents obtained on behalf of clients
- Create Excel spreadsheets and input pertinent information
- Assist with developing and building a solid client base and “lead” repository
- Filing
Qualifications and skills:
- 1-3 years of claims, probate law or paralegal experience helpful
- Self-motivated, ability to work well with limited supervision and as part of a team
- Strong Excel Spreadsheet experience desired
- Notary Public preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Rate of Pay: Commensurate with Experience
