We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- Process and prepare vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Conduct research to resolve title discrepancies or issues using available resources such as GIS systems and legal databases
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titles and ownership transfers
- Collaborate with DMV offices, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant entities to facilitate title processing
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentations for audit purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries related to vehicle titles and documentation status
- Stay updated on changes in real estate law as it pertains to vehicle ownership and title transfer procedures
- Support the team in other administrative tasks related to vehicle documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in title processing, law office administration, or related legal research is preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, research techniques, and legal documentation processes
- Familiarity with GIS systems or other mapping tools is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
