Jaxxon Berk Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our retail sales team. This is a full-time, W2, direct hire position focused on helping customers explore service options, enroll in new services, and set up their accounts inside our retail partner locations.
You will speak directly with customers about different products and services, explain available promotions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Previous sales experience is welcome but not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and start conversations about their service needs
- Explain available products, service plans, and current promotions
- Help customers compare options and select services that fit their needs
- Complete new customer enrollments and assist with account setup
- Answer questions and address basic customer concerns
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Represent Jaxxon Berk Inc. professionally within retail partner locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort approaching and speaking with customers face-to-face
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule:
- W2, direct hire employment
- Hourly base pay / commission and weekly bonuses
- Weekly pay
- Full-time schedule
- Retail hours may include evenings and weekends
