Role Overview: As a Bridal Stylist at Jaxon James, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for brides. Your expertise in bridal fashion, along with your exceptional customer service skills, will help brides find their dream dress and accessories. Full-time and part-time positions are available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct personalized consultations with brides to understand their vision and preferences. Provide tailored advice on dress styles, fabrics, and accessories.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest bridal trends, designers, and products to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Sales Goals: Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement with clients, upselling accessories, and closing sales.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for brides and their guests, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage fittings and consultations, ensuring that each bride receives personalized attention and care.
- Fitting Room Support: Assist brides in trying on dresses, providing feedback and encouragement to help them feel confident and beautiful.
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients through follow-up communications, including reminders for fittings and updates on order statuses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow stylists and management to foster a positive team environment and share insights on customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or luxury fashion.
- Weekend availability.
- Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends and designers.
