Prospect Development: - We provide all the Leads. All you need is to be able to call establish the clients trust and follow up for the close.

Training and development - We have the Tools, CRMS, Scripts and role play videos to allow us to convert you into an A Player Sales Producer!

Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis. Make more $$ in Commissions above your base pay!

Your requirement is to only come in with an eager to learn and sell attitude.

Requirements

Sales Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals. ( If you like selling - you will be successful!).

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. ( We also train you ).

Licensing:( We can help apply).. Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License. We have great support on this.

Experience: Prior experience in any sales type position preferred. But not a must.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.

Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.

Salary : $35,000 - $85,000
