Role Description The Associate Attorney will work on-site in Summit, NJ in a full-time capacity, in the family Law Department. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; conducting legal research; and preparing memoranda and case analyses. The role involves client meetings, fact investigation, and collaboration with partners on case strategy and trial preparation. The Associate Attorney will attend depositions, court conferences, and hearings as appropriate, and assist in settlement negotiations and case evaluations. The position requires clear communication with clients, colleagues, and court personnel, and a commitment to high-quality, ethical representation.
