IT Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Onsite, Valley, NE

Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Export Control required

Drug test required.

The analyst is responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site, and may be involved in workstation support, telecom, VOIP support, printers, server support and/or networking throughout a large campus site primarily under one Roof. Ability to lift related equipment such as printers, network switches, servers, workstations and monitors required.

Skills:

• Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows:
• WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, Standard & Process PC s, Including experience with Azure and Intune.
• Microsoft Windows Server OS
• HP & Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
• Telecom Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routers and Switches, VOIP Phones, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless basics, understanding of NAC and Vlans.
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Perform ITSM, MOC & 24/7 Pager Support Maximizing Site Related HW/SW Resource Uptime Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PC s, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, & PC/Server Vulnerabilitie
• Attend & Comply with All Plant IT & Production, FDA & GMP, Corporate IT, & Safety Required Training Meetings and Activities
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal direction by applying basic skills to navigate a customized environment.

Education:

• Seven years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
• Manufacturing Plant Experience recommended.
• HS Diploma.
