Primary responsibilities:
- Leading endtoend delivery of crossfunctional initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure predictable, highquality outcomes.
- Coordinating execution across business, IT, and digital teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and decision points.
- Developing and executing integrated communication plans that clearly articulate program objectives, progress, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Translating complex initiatives into clear, concise messaging, delivering consistent updates through leadership readouts, newsletters, and change communications.
- Driving governance, transparency, and adoption, combining disciplined project management with proactive communications to support engagement, readiness, and successful implementation.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field AND 5 years of experience leading crossfunctional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing endtoend project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver clear, executivelevel communications, including status updates, leadership readouts, and change messaging.
- Experience working across business, IT, and digital teams, coordinating dependencies and aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting digital transformation, data, analytics, or technologyenabled programs in a matrixed or global environment.
- Prior experience owning or supporting change management and adoption communications.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
- Experience operating in a large, global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
