The Role:

• Craft espresso drinks, iced coffees, and frozen blended beverages at one of our four kiosks
• Greet and connect with your customers — they will become your regulars
• Bring energy, empathy, and a genuine smile to every interaction

What We Are Looking For:

• A genuine love of people — this is the most important thing
• Reliable, warm, and a caring “people person”
• Espresso or café experience preferred — but personality beats a résumé here, and we will train the right person
• At least 18 years old and lives within 10 minutes of Midland

What You Will Earn:

• $14/hour base pay, with tips typically bringing total earnings to $17–$19/hour
• Flexible scheduling available — ask us about hours when you apply
