Barista

Boomerang Coffee Lounge is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. As a Barista, you will be at the heart of the guest experience — crafting quality beverages, building connections, and helping create an atmosphere where people feel welcome and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver genuine, friendly customer service from greeting to order completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Support inventory organization and restocking throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work alongside teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during high-volume times
• Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Willingness to learn drink recipes and barista techniques
• Team-oriented mindset with personal accountability

Previous coffee or food service experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
