Java’s Compost is seeking a Customer and Administrative Support Representative to support our growing residential and commercial composting services in Northern New Jersey.The Role:This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction with administrative responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the company owners and collaborate with our drivers, warehouse manager, and operations assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly.You will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, handling communications with professionalism, patience, and care. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
