Job Summary
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll perform a variety of tasks at our commercial properties. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of maintenance tasks, from electrical repairs to plumbing, painting, and equipment troubleshooting. This position also includes weekly lawncare and landscaping in the summer months, and snow removal in the winter months.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across commercial properties, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct repairs involving minor electrical, or mechanical adjustments to ensure buildings and equipment are operating properly.
- Oversee small-scale projects such as painting or fixture replacements while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning as needed on HVAC systems, building exteriors, and ceilings.
- Maintain lawn/landscaping at retail locations.
- Remove snow and salt lots/sidewalks as needed during inclement weather.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or property upkeep within residential or commercial environments.
- Mechanical knowledge with skills in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to stay on task while working at various locations without direct supervision.
This position requires weekends, some holidays and on call for emergencies. We offer benefits, paid vacation, and bonus opportunities. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Background and drug testing are required.
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
