Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the properties are safe, clean, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Ensure all safety systems such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are functioning properly.
• Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Lead and delegate maintenance assignments to the maintenance team.
• Follow up on work orders completed by the team.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and strength.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Experience with property management software.
  
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
