CNC Machine Operator
Location: Newport, NH
Hourly Pay: $24.00–$36.00 DOE (Overtime available)
Shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

What you’ll do
- Set up, operate, and prove out jobs on CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision
- Program directly from prints and models, optimizing code and tooling for efficiency
- Machine first articles and short-run R&D projects, troubleshooting production issues as they arise
- Design and document fixtures, setups, and process improvements
- Inspect finished parts with precision tools and maintain accurate quality records
What you’ll bring
- 10 years of CNC machining experience or equivalent training
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Haas controls; experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software a plus
- Proven attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a production environment
- Understanding of ISO or AS quality standards preferred
