Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management & Shipping Coordinator to support end-to-end order processing, production coordination, and shipping operations.
This role serves as a key liaison between Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Allocate and process customer orders accurately in the A2000 system
- Collaborate with Production teams in Asia to ensure timely delivery of products
- Update and maintain stock and sold inventory records
- Input production shipment data into the system upon receipt of invoices, ensuring accuracy of all information
- Follow up with Production teams regarding TOP sample submission schedules to customers
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for pick and pack operations
- Route customer orders and prepare shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related export documents for key accounts (Burlington, Bealls, Macy’s, Boscov, Marine, TK, Cracker Barrel, TJ Maxx)
- Follow up with Shipping team/carriers for pick-up and delivery schedules
- Generate invoices and send documentation via email and/or EDI to customers
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, or operations coordination preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (A2000 experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with EDI and wholesale retail accounts is a plus
