Top-Out Technician

Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a dependable and motivated Top-Out Technician to support residential plumbing top-out operations. This role is hands-on and focused on assisting with installations, maintaining job site efficiency, and ensuring quality work is completed on schedule.
Position Summary
The Top-Out Technician works alongside the plumbing team to complete top-out phase installations on residential projects. This role requires the ability to follow direction, stay organized, and contribute to a productive and efficient job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with top-out plumbing installations on residential job sites
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
- Measure, cut, and install piping and plumbing components as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support the crew in meeting daily production goals and timelines
- Identify and communicate any issues or material needs to supervisors
- Ensure all work meets company standards and job site expectations
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Plumbing experience preferred, but all candidates will be considered
- Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
- Ability to use basic plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and able to work well with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
