We are seeking a full-time Parts Counterperson for our location in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Parts Counterperson Requirements
- One year of experience related to the sales of automotive parts and services
- Basic understanding of diesel parts and equipment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and parts databases
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to diagnose customer issues and identify parts needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stand and be physically active during your shift
- Physical ability to frequently life and move up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license
Parts Counterperson Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet in person customers
- Identify parts needed based on customer descriptions and equipment details
- Use computer databases and online resources to look up part numbers, pricing information and availability
- Maintain lost sales tracking
- Process customer orders
- Provide the same support to Service Technicians and Outside Sales Associates
- Assist in regular cycle counts
- Process core returns and exchanges
