Job Overview: As a member of the Quality Department, the Failure Analysis Technician should be familiar with engine and transmission applications. Responsibilities include performing failure mode analysis of transmissions to determine root cause failure for the warranty return. The Technician will also look for opportunities to improve the product.

Qualifications: Looking for a candidate with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A highly collaborative mindset and an ability to work independently in a team environment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced rapidly changing atmosphere. Must be detail oriented and able to make decisions. Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Tools including Excel preferred.
