JASPER Health WoRx Family Nurse Practitioner: As a fully owned subsidiary of Jasper Engines & Transmissions, JASPER Health WoRx offers health and wellness services to Associates and their family members in an onsite, first-class facility. JASPER Health WoRx is currently seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team in supporting health and wellness needs.
Location: Leavenworth & Jasper Clinics
Hours: Approximately 16 hours a week--
- Leavenworth: Mondays 7:00AM to 4:30PM
- Jasper: Tuesday or Wednesday, 5 hours between 6:30AM-5:00PM (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- See patients for acute, episodic, chronic wellness and work-related injuries/illnesses, as well as other services offered; support these efforts at the Jasper and Leavenworth locations.
- Perform outreach and educational services, including coaching on overall health and risk factors, provide recommendations, and assist with a treatment plan.
- Maintain appropriate records, reviewing with the Collaborating Physician as necessary, and making referrals.
- Stay up to date on guidelines, recommendations, and evidence-based research to ensure the most appropriate and effective care is provided.
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality, respect for the individual, and quality of care.
- Be a dependable, contributing member of a great team
Qualifications:
- Valid licensing for Family Nurse Practitioner, including ability to dispense medications (no narcotics on site).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, dictation, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior experience a plus.
