Gas Engine - Crank Grinder Department
Job Overview: Grinding crankshaft rod and main journals using a crankshaft grinding lathe. This is a self-directed position requiring the person to read and understand micrometers to accurately machine the surfaces. Requires positioning crankshaft from a floor rack into the machine and into a floor rack for shipment. Knowing, understanding, and performing machine set-up and preventive maintenance is required.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
- Overtime available
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
- The ability to use handheld tools such as Handheld mic’s, check for the size of the product, handheld profilometers is a tool to check surface finishes.
- Standing: continuously
- Walking: occasionally
- Sitting: NONE
- Stooping (forward leaning): occasionally
- Reaching/Working Overhead: NONE
- Starting rate $20.00 based on experience.
- Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases
