Our work is detail-driven, financially complex, and rooted in strong systems, and we're seeking an experienced Construction Accounting & Admin Assistant to support the operational backbone of the business.This role is not centered on client-facing project management or constant meetings. Instead, it's ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, managing invoices, draws, estimating prep, compliance documents, and administrative workflows with precision and independence. You'll work closely with the owner on a needs basis, stepping in where support is required and helping ensure projects move forward smoothly from an administrative and financial standpoint.The Construction Accounting & Admin Assistant is responsible for handling monthly draws, invoicing, estimating preparation, subcontractor compliance tracking, permitting support, and general office administration. While some project management software work is involved, this role is not centered on maintaining or running a client-facing platform.
