Responsibilities
- Sell property and casualty, life, and health insurance policies.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes.
- Advise clients on coverage options, policy details, and insurance solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify changing coverage needs.
- Generate and qualify leads through company-provided leads, self-generated prospecting, and referral partnerships.
- Maintain client relationships and support policy administration activities.
- Meet with local clients and collaborate closely with the agency owner.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active state insurance producer license.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy administration.
- Experience with needs-based selling and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
