What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development & Estimating Manager-Commercial Concrete Coatings position at Jason Roberts Services LLC?
We are a family-owned commercial concrete coatings and polishing company looking for a Business Development & Estimating Manager to help grow our business and manage commercial sales and estimates.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands construction, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and prefers working in a lean, no-bureaucracy environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with GCs, facility managers, and commercial clients
- Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings
- Identify Specifications within our services
- Plan Take offs
- Estimate and price polished concrete and epoxy/coating projects
- Manage proposals and follow up on bids
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with concrete, coatings, or flooring trades
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
- Comfortable working directly with ownership
