Overview
Jasmin Child Care & Preschool is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help expand our visibility and strengthen our presence in the Fargo-Moorhead community. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our programs, increase enrollment, and build strong relationships with local businesses and community partners.
The Marketing Specialist will support both digital marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts, helping connect our organization with the community and raise awareness of the services we provide to children and families.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase community awareness and enrollment.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s programs and services.
- Manage and improve the organization’s online presence.
- Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and community organizations
- Strengthen the organization’s presence in the Fargo-Moorhead community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
- Strong familiarity with the Fargo-Moorhead community and the ability to build relationships with local businesses and organizations is required.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic familiarity with Google Business Profile and local online visibility
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
