Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties such as answering the telephone, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing.
- Purchase supplies for both office and clients.
- Process and track work related expenses.
- Schedule and coordinate work related appointments.
- Coordinate with community based organizations to schedule outreach and presentations.
- Participate in community presentation, education, and outreach activities.
- Perform research as needed.
- Maintain a calendar of dates and deadlines.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training.
- Communicate with clients, colleagues and service providers to gather necessary information and provide support.
- Conduct case reviews for agency and funder compliance.
- Performs other related tasks as requested or assigned.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), including the ability to use program specific software.
- Ability to organize information and maintain accurate records.
- Hybrid schedule.
- An understanding and appreciation of the roles of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, and individual values as they relate to serving vulnerable and at-risk older adults.
