Jarvis Cutting Tools is looking for a Maintenance Technician with electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform technical maintenance, repair and installation functions according to safety and company guidelines. Position will be to preventatively maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace defective equipment, including complex production equipment and safety equipment. Electrical, programmable controllers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems are involved. The ability to read and understand various prints and schematics is required. Position will be responsible for requisitioning inventory and controlling appropriate parts. Technician will team with production staff to encourage correct use and care of all equipment. In addition, technician will also perform maintenance checks on building and equipment. Maintenance technician will also be required to keep appropriate maintenance and repair logs.
