Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Suite, Lean MFG, SQL is a plus
- Perform indirect expense/overhead rate analysis and forecasting
- Provide monthly cell performance (Financial) to all cell managers
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations
- Perform monthly aged work order analysis
- Provide shop floor support (Financial)
- Provide monthly vendor processing analysis
- Provides analysis of financial data related to variance and standard cost analysis
- Prepare cost estimates and evaluate and analyze the profitability of proposed new items
- Build and analyze BOM costs and roll ups
- Analyzing production variances, purchase price variance and bridging analysis by volume, capacity, cost and product mix
- Provide analysis and reconciliation of inventory balances (weekly, monthly)
- Responsible for monthly cost of sale reporting and variance analysis
- Support team on various month end and yearly forecasting and budgeting tasks
