Our agency opened in 2022 and consists of a growing team of insurance sales agents who are focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. I began my career as a State Farm team member over a decade ago, and this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the business and what it takes to be successful in this career.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance production goals required to remain in good standing.
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business and maintain a steady pipeline.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and client follow-up.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to grow presence within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall office production goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (completed while working in-office).
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding production expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently build relationships and close business.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong personal drive.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment where results matter.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
