ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with insurance leads
Quote and sell Auto and Home insurance
Cross-sell additional insurance productsExplain coverage and discounts to customers
Maintain customer information and sales activity
Meet individual and agency sales goals
Provide professional customer service
QualificationsMichigan P&C or Personal Lines license preferred
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable and professional
Basic computer skills
