Role Description The Luxury Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenwood, IN, responsible for leading the in-store luxury business at Jared. This role oversees daily operations related to high-end jewelry collections, including managing showcases, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring an elevated in-store environment. The Luxury Manager develops and coaches team members in luxury selling behaviors, clienteling practices, and product knowledge to deliver personalized, relationship-driven service. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, building and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients, and coordinating private appointments and events to enhance the luxury experience. The role also partners closely with store leadership on inventory management, loss prevention, compliance with company policies, and execution of promotional strategies to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Customer experience and clienteling skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships, anticipate client needs, and provide personalized luxury service.
