Role Description The Luxury Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Oviedo, FL, responsible for leading the store’s luxury jewelry business and delivering an outstanding client experience. This role oversees daily operations related to high-end merchandise, including presentation, inventory control, and compliance with brand standards. The Luxury Manager guides and coaches team members in clienteling, consultative selling, and service excellence, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and expert product recommendations. They build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage special orders and custom pieces, and collaborate with store and regional leadership to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting marketing initiatives, and upholding security and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong luxury retail, clienteling, and consultative sales skills, with a focus on high-end jewelry and fine merchandise.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management within a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in operational tasks such as inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for engaging diverse clients and collaborating with colleagues.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic data analysis for sales reporting, and familiarity with digital tools for client outreach.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, particularly regarding security, loss prevention, and handling luxury items.
- Prior jewelry or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred; professional certifications in gemology (e.g., GIA) are a plus.
