• Guide and elevate Store Managers across a portfolio of Jared locations
• Build a bench of future luxury leaders through development & succession
• Ensure flawless onboarding, craftsmanship-level training, and brand execution
• Use data, insights, and in-store observation to drive high impact results
• Champion collaboration across teams, brands, and business partners
• Protect the integrity, ethics, and elevated service Jared is known for
What You Bring:
• 5 years multi-site leadership in a performance driven environment
• Proven ability to grow high performing, engaged teams
• Sophisticated operational and financial acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation presence
• Agility, autonomy, professionalism, and travel flexibility
• Bachelor’s degree required or comparable job experience; DCA certified candidates will be given preference.
